Rethink Business Lab participates for another year in the National Customer Service Week of the Hellenic Customer Service Institute (EEP) from 5 to 10 October 2020. The National Customer Service Week takes place for the 4th consecutive year under the auspices of the Hellenic Institute of Customer Service (EEP).
National Customer Service Week is a Global Celebration. It is celebrated in over 60 countries around the world. In 2008 the Hellenic Institute of Customer Service (EEP) introduced this institution for the first time in Greece, aiming to highlight the vital role of Customer Service, but also to reward the people who work daily for the service and support of the customer.
The National Customer Service Week also has a special site www.csweek.gr, which is open to all, including the profile of companies as well as rich material from their actions, which is constantly updated.
